Equal Rights
I believe all people are created equal. This is the truth. So all people being created as equals then all people should be treated as equals. There should NOT be different rules and laws for different people. No matter your sex, race, religion or SOCIAL standing, we are all born and we all die. If you strive to succeed then you should have the equal right to achieve no matter who you are. If you commit a crime then you should have equal punishment. NO ONE should be treated as above or below anyone else. The laws should be equal to everyone. NO ONE should be an exception to the laws!
Divorce Date
DIVORCE
So I have been given an date for court for my divorce. This is not the settlement date that fight is still going on with the forgery of the paperwork.
But on June 1,2012 it is scheduled for my marriage to be dissolved. I will be in the good old boy network nest.
It would be a great feeling to have other women there showing the good old boys we will not stand for this bad treatment any more.
Be there and show support for all women!

A democracy??
In today's society it is becoming clear that equal rights is a smoke screen for the truth. We do not live in a democracy. The war over seas to help form a democracy is a scam.
Women are still a second class citizen in the US. For all the fighting the women before us did it was for little. Sure we can vote. BUT become a victim and see how fast a woman is pushed aside in favor of a man.
Women are still being raped by the justice system. No not a sexual act. Raped financially and mentally. It is okay according to the justice system to take everything from a woman and give it to a man. Even when the law is clearly written that it should be equal. It is okay to commit crimes against women we don't matter. Sadly the government turns a blind eye to this treatment.
There is no room in today's economy for this Good Old boy network. It is past time they make room at the table for all women!
I am looking for a true attorney to fright for justice.

Yesterday was a good day. I got a call from the Governors office in reference to my forgery and fraud case. They gave me the information of what office I needed to contact to help my case move forward. I have been in contact with this level of enforcement and things look promising. Keep your fingers crossed that it comes to pass that I finally get justice!

Mothers are worthless?
I always believed
that being a mother was the most important job in the world. This is what I was
taught. I was a good kid. I went to school, graduated and went out and started
a career.
I did as a good girl is supposed to do. I met a guy got
married and had a child. I gave up my career making 13.00 dollars an hour to
stay home and be the wife and mother so he could advance his career.
Of a 22 year relationship I was a stay at home wife, and
mother for 11 of those years. On our anniversary he came off the boat grabbed
his stuff and moved in with his girlfriend. I learned very fast that being out
of the work force for that many years is worse than trying to get a first job
right out of high school. I am seen as having less experience than a kid, this
makes it very hard to find a job.
In the process of working on my divorce I have begun to
learn about many of our laws. RS14:72 is a law protecting the spouse that stays
at home to raise the family.
§74. Criminal neglect of family
A.(1) Criminal neglect of family is the desertion or
intentional nonsupport:
(a) By a spouse of his or her spouse who is in destitute or
necessitous circumstances; or
(b) By either parent of his minor child who is in
necessitous circumstances, there being a duty established by this Section for
either parent to support his child.
(2) Each parent shall have this duty without regard to the
reasons and irrespective of the causes of his living separate from the other
parent. The duty established by this Section shall apply retrospectively
to all children born prior to the effective date of this Section.
(3) For purposes of this Subsection, the factors considered
in determining whether "necessitous circumstances" exist are food,
shelter, clothing, health, and with regard to minor children only, adequate
education, including but not limited to public, private, or home schooling, and
comfort.
Having not worked in 11 years I am considered below a high school
kid in experience. It has taken me almost a year to find some place willing to
give me a chance.
Being a good little democrat I went to the local DA for help. I
was told that if I could work then get a job I am not deserving of this law
being enforced. Mr. republican DA Joe
Waitz and his assistant DA Ellen are not interested in the point that the law
is in place to help people like me. I have been made to feel worthless because
I stayed home.

Women of the US
Women are being raped by the justice system. Sadly the government is turning a blind eye to this. Local, state and federal government. There is no room in 2012 for the "Good Ole Boy Network". It is time that they make room at the table for all women.
That being said I will explain my feelings
. I have recently learned that the justice system is not so honest. I have had my name forged on legal documents and when I discovered this I went straight to the local law enforcement. This is when I started learning the truth. I had to fight to be allowed to file a complaint to have the crime investigated. It has continued to be a fight for the guilty parties brought in even for questioning. I am being blocked at every turn to correct this issue. The males are being protected while I (the victim) am being threatened for insisting on justice. The FBI has brushed me off stating they don't investigate corruption. This without even looking at the evidence I have . Local news media have backed away. The metropolitian crime commission started to show interest. After a week of speaking with the lady she went to her boss to setup a meeting. He refused to help two days later.
